Knott’s Cookbook
I didn’t think I needed this book because I don’t cook. I was wrong! This is a great book. It is a companion piece to the great book Knott’s Preserved. If you are a fan of Knott’s then this book is a must have. It is packed with history and extremely high quality. Get it while you still can!

More than just a cookbook!
Not only are the recipes in the book very enticing, but the book has great information and photos for those who love Knott's Berry Farm history. I have been a huge fan of Knott's for decades and there are historical pictures in this book that I had never seen before. As far as recipes go, I was pleased to see some really great inclusions like the boysenberry pies, fried chicken, boysenberry margarita, and boysenberry mojito. Now I just need to place some additional orders for ingredients!

Made me tear up...so beautiful!
I had no idea when I bought this cookbook this afternoon what a beautiful book it would be. It is worth so much more than what it costs. And I was stunned to find all of the favorite recipes in there. I cannot wait to make that chicken soup. And the barbecue sauce, and the meatballs and of course the fried chicken and biscuits. So filled with beautiful pictures of the history of Knotts. It's worth more like 10 Stars!

Amazing Cook/History Book
Love Knott's Food, best of the SoCal parks, so getting this cookbook was a no brainer. The Recipes are easy to make due to the requiring mostly common ingredients and plus some Knott's history along with some never before seen photographs makes this a must-have book for Knott's fans.
