Berry Market jams and syrups have been a Knott's Berry Farm tradition since 1920, when the Knott Family first canned jams, preserves, and syrups with the fresh fruit grown on their acreage in sunny, Southern California.
Using Cordelia Knott's original recipe, our preserves and syrups are made in California in the home-style tradition - cooked in small batches with only all-natural ingredients, including fresh fruit, cane sugar, water, lemon juice and pectin.
